Measuring the Implementation and Impact of the INEE Minimum Standards
Inter-agency Network for Education in Emergencies (INEE) 2006-2007
InterWorks worked in collaboration with researchers from Columbia University and George Washington University to conduct an analysis of INEE members’ awareness, utilization, institutionalization of the Minimum Standards, and the impact that the Standards have had to that time on improving the quality of education in emergencies, chronic crises and early reconstruction.
