InterWorks provide strategic planning consultation to the Afghanistan Ministry of Education (MoE) during the revision/updating of the National Education Strategic Plan (NESP). InterWorks worked with staff from the Department of Planning, IIEP-Kabul staff and MoE representatives from other departments to update the Strategic Framework and the situation analysis drafts for each of the eight priority programmes of the NESP. In addition, InterWorks supported the development of a projection model to be used for the development of the NESP and next steps for the updating process.
