InterWorks partner Charles Dufresne facilitated the 2017 Annual Planning Retreat for the IOM Special Liaison Office to the United Nations in New York from January 21-22 to reinvigorate the team and establish key work priorities for 2017. The retreat employed various appreciative inquiry methods and activities related to visioning preferred future, prioritizing, teambuilding, brainstorming and analyzing strengths, opportunities, aspirations and desired results for the year 2017. Based on the discussions and outcomes of the retreat, participants produced and agreed to a high-level plan highlighting key goals, priority activities, designated responsibilities and key due dates.
