InterWorks served as lead facilitator for the “UN Mission Transitions” workshop in June 2016, in Entebbe, Uganda. The workshop, a joint initiative of the United Nations DPKO, DFS, DPA and UNDP, brought together policymakers, analysists, programme managers, planners and coordinators from the sponsoring UN agencies and regional organizations, to review policy, guidelines, good practices and lessons learned with regards to transitioning from a UN peacekeeping or political mission to a development-oriented United Nations Country Team-led context.
