InterWorks facilitated the strategic prioritization retreat for the UNDP-El Salvador staff in San Salvador from 29-30 January 2009. The primary purpose of this retreat was teambuilding among UNDP staff and between UNDP work areas and units (programs and operations). Approximately 75 participants attended the retreat. The UNDP Deputy Representative presented UNDPs annual work plan which gave participants a broad perspective of UNDP’s work and priorities. Participants formed groups and discussed progress and gaps towards achieving the work plan goals.
